Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at buttnuman199@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0317-7577041. Please do not send any product back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original tags or packaging.

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are also non-returnable unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within the return period. Once the issue has been verified and the return is approved, we will provide instructions for exchanging the product, subject to availability.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after approval, depending on the payment method or financial institution.

Shipping or delivery charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
